Job Description
Performs all activities associated with marketing, promoting, selling, and following up related to both current and potential customers in medical industry, specialized in surgical instruments.
•Create and lead the sales network in the assigned region
•Direct sales (Face to face sales) to the assigned accounts or geographic territories
•Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on sales trends in order to Identify and evaluate of new sales opportunities
•Build and establish strong working relationships with potential customers (physicians, surgeons, hospital purchasing & other admin staff…)
•Develop and maintain close working relationship with current clients and partners
•Maintain a satisfactory customer relation with existing clients (Set appointments, on site visitation & any assistance)
•Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory to meet seasonal sales targets
•Promote, market new products and assist the sale manager for any assigned market study & data gathering
•Communicate effectively within sales department and support teams to improve customer experience
•Comply and track sales data to keep customer records as a daily reports, in CRM system and develop and maintain customer information in relevant data bases
•Plan work schedules according to weekly and monthly timetables
•Provide regular weekly, monthly and seasonal reports from contacts and costumers
•Report to: Managing director, Sales Manager, Sales supervisor.
•Implement and proceed all assigned tasks according to sales process from start to end
•Support sales and marketing activities by participating/attending trade shows, meetings, conferences and other sales and marketing events
