Job Description
-Lead and coordinate activities involving sales of products. Create synergy among the team through team work motivational plans.
-Targeting and ability to design different sales plans to sell toward achieving targets.
-Visiting the market routinely to gather data and supervising productivity of sales team. Also deciding the best strategy based on data have been gathered from the market.
-Follow up the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target
-Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products and SKUs.
-Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
-Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
