Job Description

● To monitor S&D performance in different KPIs and areas and analyze the results to detect the gaps and define proper action plans to cover those gaps. ● To analyze different areas of S&D business to find available opportunities and consequently, define proper sales plans to utilize those opportunities. ● To define S&D internal targets for different KPIs based on the company business plan. ● To create financial analysis and business model for new sales projects and products. ● To compile and present business solution reports to the sales managers in order to future sales actions preparation. ● To contribute with managers to develop channel loyalty through partner management. principles by comparing MTNIrancell Sales channel with familiar businesses ● To support all sales planning activities through the development of financial & analytical models. ● To develop reporting for the different channels and provides recommendations for sales. Strategy and summarizes/recaps business performance for executives and sales management. ● To develop marketplace analytics and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and grow MTNIrancell. ● To define proper sales channel incentive plans. ● To analyze the result of action plans, projects, and incentives to investigate their effects.

Requirements

● B Sc.in Commerce (Marketing or Communication) or related fields. ● Master's of Business Administration is an advantage. ● Minimum of 1 years experience in a financial, analytical, or sales analyst role. ● Fluent in English.
