- Control all of sales invoices in Accounting system
- Prepare Report of customers and their accounts for managers
- Responsible and work in Sales Accounting Department
- Prepare daily reports and analyze reports
- Follow up receivable
- Assists in prepare the seasonal reports
- Archive of sales factors delivered to the customer on a daily basis, accounting documents in accordance with the instructions
- Record all received checks from sellers per day
- Control and book customer’s payment receipts
Requirements
- Familiar with Sales Buzz System. (Sales System and Accounting System)
- Mastery of computer and MS Office
- Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience.
- Minimum BS Degree in accounting or finance.
- Familiar with VAT and seasonal reports.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- good negotiator, etc.
- Ability to work as a team
