- Preparing managerial reports
- Preparing sales budget and comparative and analytical reports
- Resolving customer discrepancies
- Making journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Recording and keeping all of the Sales documents and Commercial Invoices
- Cooperation with sales team
- Controlling Customer accounts and preparing required records
Requirements
- At least 2 years of related job experience, preferably in manufacturing companies
- Being familiar with sales processes
- Good social skills and effective communication ability
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Being Familiar with MS-Office and statistical software such as SPSS
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Team working ability
- BSc of Management (Industrial, Commercial, etc.), Industrial Engineering
- Being Familiar with ERP is an advantage
