•Main Objective:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who should manage construction/EPC projects in a contractor company with challenging and motivated environment
•Main Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for all project management knowledge areas based on PMBOK including integration/scope/time/cost/quality/communication/Human resource/procurement/risk.
A summary includes but not limited to the followings:
-Issuing technical documents i.e. detailed design and drawings
-Generating project delivery documents
-Liaising with sub vendors and clients for technical clarifications
-Project forecasts, schedules, cost estimates, financial reports, extra works and claims.
-Measurement of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
-Project control
-Necessary owner and team coordination
-Coordination between consultants and sub-contractors
-Team management
-Organizing the various professional personnel working on a project
-Review and approve all relative purchase orders, change orders and contracts/sub-contracts.
-Preparation of tender documents with collaboration of consultants
-Verification of contractors invoices
-Following-up the owners or organization's interests and requirements
-Making sure the quality standards and technical specification are met
-Making sure that all HSE requirements are completely fulfilled
-Using IT and information systems to keep track of people and progress
-Hiring specialists and sub-contractors
-Expediting and monitoring sub-contractors to ensure that requirements are fulfilled
-Ensure resource availability and allocation
-Contract and sub-contracts administration
-Applying all company's regulations and procedures relevant to project management
-Take an active leadership on problem solving
-Providing necessary advice and reports to the top management
-Report and escalate the issues to the top management as needed
Requirements
-At least Bachelor's degree in civil/Architectural/Industrial Engineering from recognized and reputable universities
-Knowledge in PMBOK
-Capability to use relevant Software in Office
-Enough technical knowledge in buildings projects
-MS Office, MS Visio, MS project and AutoCAD
-At least 3 years’ experience in project team of construction companies with minimum one year experience as a project manager
