Job Description
•Objective: Project Coordinator will run, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming at the flawless and on-time execution of the project.
•Key responsibilities:
-Coordinates activities, resources, equipment and information
-Liaises with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
-Helps to prepare project proposals, time-frames, schedules and budget planning
-Monitors and tracks project's progress and prepares on-time reports to project manager
-Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees
-Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and Customer-Service standards; resolving operational problems
-Ensures that clients' requirements are met as the project evolves
-Acts as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all parties
-Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
-Reporting to: Project Manager
-Probation: 3 months
