Job Description
• Preparation of project coordination procedures
• Preparation of Master & Detailed Time schedule and Baseline
• Identify and develop tools for monitoring, measuring, evaluating, controlling & reporting the actual
progress compare with the plan.
• Collecting the project data and preparation of project status & analytic progress reports (daily,
weekly & monthly)
• Analyzing the project Risks and issuing the proper action plan
• Revising the Time schedule if necessary and presentation of compensated plan.
