-Planning and organizing production schedules.
-Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
-Fix any type of production problems
-Having the knowledge of production in sea food.
-Reporting to: Factory Manager/CEO.
-Preserving compliance of company's policies, safety standards, quality specifications, regulatory requirements, and sanitation practices.
-Direct or coordinate activities to increase operations' efficiency.
-Recruitment, training and evaluation in order to provide enough personnel and skilled workers for manufacturing.
-Present and analyze production reports.
-Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Requirements
-BS, MS in industrial engineering (food/chemical)
-It’s necessary to have minimum five years of experience in managerial position in food industries specially canned food.
-Good knowledge of Production process in food field industry.
-Good knowledge of Principles of Supervision and Management.
-Dominate the concepts of productivity, operation management, and performance improvement.
-Have team spirit and motivation.
-High abilities in managing human resources.
-Work location: Sistan and Balouchestan.
-Gender Preference: Men.
