- To prepare and present marketing plan (strategy) per product on an quarterly and annual basis
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products based on a systematic approach
- Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products & lines, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends - Develop and implement product go-to-market plans in accordance to all departments to execute it well
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
- Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Economics
- At least 2 years of experience in same position
- Advanced office skills such as Excel, Power Point and Word
- Enough experience in Marketing, Budgeting, Planning, and Product Promotion
- Motivated, dedicated and active in a dynamic market and able to do regular market visits
- Ability to work in Iraq
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
