Job Description
● Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. ● Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. ● Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients. ● Prioritizing workloads. ● Logging or processing bills or expenses. ● Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. ● Overseeing the relationship with customers. ● Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. ● Arranging leisure and corporate tours and holidays would be an advantage.
Requirements
● Having good communication skills in English. ● Familiar with Visa and Travel agencies tasks. ● Having work experiences in a travel agency, Visa center, embassy or immigration office would be an advantage. ● Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). ● Having positive attitude, willingness to work in a dynamic environment. ● Having sense of responsibility, reliability, accuracy. ● Having client-service attitude and the ability to work under time pressure. ● Being proactive and professional in terms of manner and confidentiality.
