Job Description
- Set appointments and meeting for managers. - Work with computer programs like Excel, Word and other office programs. - Responding emails, letters and enquiries - Managing visitors and coordinating for reception of guests - Preparing and typing draft letters - Answering phone calls - Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents - Arrangement of all flights, hotel bookings and getting visa for business and other trips
Requirements
- Having at least 5 years’ experience in related position, - Having ICDL skills. - Good professional Attitude, - Good negotiation skill, - Honesty and personal maturity - Good team player - Ability to recognize the principles and concepts of secretariat - Good communication and interpersonal skills
