Job Description

Namakaran industrial group is looking for an office admin whom should be responsible for tasks mentioned as below: - Follow up on all necessary tasks and checking and responding to position related emails. - Coordinate all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.). - Follow up incoming and Submit outgoing letters. - Scanning and filing documents. - Preparing daily reports as per management requirement. - Input data in systems as required.

Requirements

- Female - Age 25 to 35 - BA graduate or more - 3 years of experience at least. - Turkish is a must, English knowledge would be an added point - Acquaintance with architecture is an added point - Motivated and cooperative - Expert in Microsoft Office - Should have team work spirit
