Job Description
-Orientation and socialization new employees -Drive the recruitment process from A to Z and ensure both speed and quality of hires -Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates -Conduct candidate screenings and qualification interviews -Coaching Line Managers about interviewing techniques, providing interview skills training if needed -Competency based interview model and have good interview skill -Planning the motivation plan for all Staff -Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies -Find new and innovating ways to promote reputation of company in order to attract the most qualified candidates -Training needs assessment, planning, implementation, measuring the effectiveness of training
Requirements
-Master degree in Human Resources or industrial engineering -At least 3 years of related work experience -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) -Skillful in problem solving -Ability to work under pressure -Detailed knowledge of assessment and selection recruitment methodologies and tools -Having strong team working abilities -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 30
