- Quantitative risk assessment (QRA) development
- Emergency response plan development for production facilities
- Plant safety reviews, such as Fire hazard zone and safe zone drawings.
- Promote the awareness of HSE across the company.
- Motivate and guide line management in the implementation of procedures and solutions to reduce the HSE impact of relevant activities.
- Ensure that all legal requirements concerning HSE are fully implemented
- Monitor and report on compliance with company policy and legal requirements for all HSE requirements.
- Facilitate and coordinate the plant's HSE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, and corrective action and auditing
- Facilitate and coordinate monthly HSE meeting and on time submission of the minutes to relevant authorities
- Ensuring overall compliance with approved laws and policies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial safety engineering from a recognized university
- Culture of safety leadership basic behaviors (SLBB) & the life-saving rules
- OH&S Occupational Health and Safety
- Hazard identification and Risk Assessment
- Accidents, Incidents, Non-Conformance, and Corrective/Preventive Actions
- FMEA and HAZOP analysis
- Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS)
- ISO 9001, 14000, OHSAS
- Highly skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
