Job Description

- Human Resources manager will lead the Company's HR function driving employee engagement and retention enabling the Company to deliver against its goals and objectives. - The human resource manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. He or she maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Requirements

- At least Masters degree in management (all fields), Industrial Engineering, or MBA - At least 7 years of related work experiences - Highly expert in all human resource processes - At least 27 years old and at most 40 years - Ability to make constructive interaction - Familiar with all ICDL skills (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) - Having ability to manage human resource - Having ability of problem solving, strategic thinking, and creative thinking - Dominant in Educational Needs Assessment, Education Processes, and Evaluating the Effectiveness of Education
