- To undertake all aspects of financial management, including: corporate accounting and financial reporting, Budget and forecasts preparation.
- Managing Payroll Calculation, Social Security Insurance Registration.
- Set up reports and submit tax returns.
- Managing all Financial statements and analysis
- Set up financial planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor degree is required (master degree is preferred)
- At least 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting
- At least 5 years’ experience as Head of accounting
- At least 10 years’ experience in medium and large size companies
- Having experience in shipping business is most preferred
- High level skill in English language (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
- Negotiation skills an ability to develop strong working relationships
- Good communication skills- both verbal and written
- Organizational and time management skills
- Fully familiar with local laws and regulations, specially tax ,social security and commercial laws
- High Knowledge of taxation and related laws
