Personally prepare, review and approval of financial statement
Monitoring the liquidity situation of the company
Supervising the planning and conduct inventory counts
Required to submit financial reports to the public, organizations and government agencies and general meeting
Review and adapt financial systems according to changes in the company's activities
To handle daily finance activities
Preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries;
Providing and interpreting financial information.
Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
Analyze costs, profits, financial commitments and obligations.
Develop and improve financial reports, processes and policies.
Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching.
Managing Legal issues.
Preparing necessary reports for internal and external auditors.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years' experience in accounting
Minimum 7 years' experience in financial management
Minimum 5 years' experience in EPC Company
Between 35 and 45 years old
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Finance or Accounting
Expert in finance affairs ( local and international method )
Full knowledge of English language.
Solid accounting and commercial knowledge
Skilled in International Business ,tax, insurance & VAT issues
Skilled in salaries & wages, warehousing , Treasury, loans, orders, cost accounting, depreciation.
Proficient in financial software especially Rahkaran System
Financial statements & tax returns
Solid understanding of contracting accounting
Strong knowledge in ICDL and local accounting packages
Ability to multi task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
To be team oriented and strong leadership skills
Having strong communication skills
