-Manage and oversee the entire accounting team
-Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
-Maintain compliance with all regulations at all times
-Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
-Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
-Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting
-Review & approve payments
-Conduct all necessary training to keep the teammates skills and knowledge up to date
-Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
-Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
-Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up
-Calculated DTA and books in local accounts when applicable
- through credit control policy, expenditure, minimizing risk through proper insurance
Requirements
-Bachelor /Master degree in relevant field
-Minimum 12 years of experience in finance including 5 years in a Manager role
-Strong, professional communication and management accounting skills.
-Significant experience managing people
-Able to thrive in deadline-driven environment
-Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
-Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-English language fluency
