Job Description

● Directing management and supervision regarding the implementation of financial regulations in holding companies. ● Monitoring the establishment / re-establishment of appropriate financial software. ● Supervising the preparation of financial statements of holding companies and the report of the board of directors to the assembly. ● Preparation of external reports, including tasks such as "Social Security Organization, Tax Affairs Organization, etc." and as needed by commercial companies to submit to banks and supervise the preparation of reports of other holding companies. ● Responsibility to auditors including "legal, operational inspector, social security organization, tax auditors and internal auditors. ● Controlling accounts between holding companies and pursuing the elimination of discrepancies between the relevant accounts. ● Reviewing and analyzing the cases of problems and ambiguities raised in the reports of the statutory inspector and auditors of holding companies. ● Controlling and following-up of legal reports "Tax returns, quarterly sales and sales and taxes and VAT. ● Establishment of a database in connection with the articles of association of the minutes of the meetings and the minutes and resolutions of the board of directors of the holding companies. ● Following up the meetings of holding companies. ● Following up the implementation of the resolutions of the general assemblies of holding companies. ● Holding regular meetings of the board of directors of holding companies and submitting relevant reports in accordance with the approvals of the meetings of the board of directors. ● Macro planning and proposal to the board of directors of companies and implementation of financing required by holding companies and subsidiaries after approval by the board of directors. ● Develop a general plan on how to create and settle customer claims with the sales unit and the establishment of the program and follow up the receipt of receivables from customers in order to plan and control the cash flows of holding companies. ● Preparation and preparation of bylaws and financial instructions and submission to the management for the plan in the board of directors for final approval. ● Supervision and review and approval of activities and financial documents and based on accounting standards. ● Supervising the preparation and preparation of financial reports, including annual and interim financial statements. ● Supervising the preparation of tax reports, including tax returns, performance taxes, mandatory taxes, etc.

Requirements

● At Least Master's degree in Financial Management or other related fields. ● 10 years of experience in senior positions or at least 3 years as financial manager in well-known companies. ● Administration and management skills. ● Economics and accounting skills. ● Being advanced in Iran financial and accounting related laws. ● Familiar with stock exchanges and stock affairs.
