The position of Finance Manager is established to make sure that all company performances are aligned with statutory requirements of local authorities as well as corporate policies.
• Monitor accurate management of full statutory accounts.
• Control all financial aspects of the planning and budgeting of Country and PFC P&L, Balance Sheet, working capital and related Cash Flow ensuring timely and accurate data.
• Responsible for coordinating all planning cycles and analyzing OPEX/Marketing expenses, aligned with all local departments.
• Monitor financial performance of the company and escalate any variations to management.
• Monthly closing in terms of production costs in close relationship with head office
• Ensure to make payment approval for vendors according to payment due dates
• Reconciles account balance with vendors on a monthly basis in compliance with company Policies and procedures.
• Responsible for all treasury affairs and ensure on time payments.
• Does the credit control to ensure all risks of customers are covered with sufficient guarantees and credibility policies.
• Responsible as contact person during Auditing/ Tax Auditing process and coordinates finalizing the financial statements.
• Controls audit reports with all related financial documents to ensure there is no discrepancy.
• Controls / prepares Tax Returns, seasonal reports and VAT return of the company.
Requirements
• University Degree in Finance and Accounting or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the finance management
• Having international background is a great advantage
• Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans
• Synthesizes complex or diverse information
• Profound communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Knowledge of Iran regulations for tax and accounting procedures
• Excellent computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Office
• Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
