Manage and control Finance Function of the Business and achieve set targets and objectives of the finance division.
Assist departments with the business Plan and co-ordinate budget preparation process
Control and guide accounts department with book keeping and follow all necessary local tax and accounting procedures
Manage cash flow and forecast accuracy
Co-ordinate annual audit process with auditors and submit necessary information
Manage monthly executive report and shareholder contribution for the Board of Directors and shareholders
Manage receivables tightly and ensure all doubtful or bad debts are dealt with effectively
Ensure all bank credit lines are managed effectively and work with financial institutions for customer finance and other finance purposes
Assist contracts management department for financial and trade purposes during preparation and execution process
Requirements
More than 5 years' experience as a Finance Manager
Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge in mathematical skills
Strong knowledge in Tax Laws
Strong knowledge in financial and accounting regulations
Strong management skills
Familiar with internet and computer skills
Strong problem solving and communication
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
