● Maintaining full integrity of all revenues, ensuring organization policies and procedures, as well as laws and regulations, are followed.
● Overseeing capital assets projects, ensuring organizations' goals are being met.
● Compiling fiscal estimates and preparing financial reports as requested.
● Ensuring compliance with accounting procedures through observation, supervision, and testing.
● Developing procedures that ensure collections are complete and current.
● Performing other related duties as requested.
● Managing and overseeing accounting functions.
● Supervising and scheduling staff in organization support operations.
● Assisting Finance Director in staffing decisions in the Finance Department.

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
● The CPA designation is highly preferred.
● Five years of management experience in finance with a similar organization or with a major CPA firm.
● Excellent managerial skills and ability to evaluate the work of others.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Working knowledge of organizations' applicable financial practices and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of state and federal rules and regulations.
● Proficient with accounting software and standard office and accounting equipment.
