- Doing all administrative matters related to the CEO's office
- Arranging administrative letters of the CEO and archiving them in automation system
- Planning and Arranging meetings of the CEO and deputies
- Answering and Managing calls, questions and requests related to the CEO's office
- Communicating effectively with staff and clients
- Informing letters to relevant departments
Requirements
- At list Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years’ experience in related field
- Fluent in MS Office
- Fluent in automation system
- High Public Relationship
- Flexible in working hours
- Accurate, regular and consistent
- Active and Energetic
- Patient and flexible
