• Day to day diary management, managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.) of CFO.
• Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submissions, reports, prepare and co-ordinate the preparation, submission of summary briefs and reports to the related person
• Organizing meetings and event management as required.
• Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation...) for CFO if needed.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations
• Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way
•Preparing and handling letters in Farsi and English
•Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree is required
• Good communication skills in English
• Excellent time management
• Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines if required
• Being very precise, responsible, punctual and respectful
• Above average skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• An understanding and willingness to support the work duties
• 2-4 years' experience as similar position
