Job Description
As a Commercial Junior Finance Support you need to be excellent in some soft and hard skills: Soft skills: ● Have an effective communication to persuade people in finance and commercial or operation side. ● Have end to end ownership ● Have enough ability to analyze all process and requirements which are needed for business ● Have enough ability to work in tough situations Hard skills: ● Have treasury and banking knowledge. ● Have Tax knowledge like seasonal report , rules and etc. ● Have commercial accounting knowledge (sale, purchase and etc.). ● Prepare and control seller and supplier payments. ● Prepare and control seller and supplier prepayments. ● Check and control seller reimbursement. ● Control reconciliation of supplier invoice.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Industrial engineering, Accounting, Finance or related fields (Having MBA or M.Sc. in E-commerce would be an advantage). ● 1 - 3 years of work experience in a medium or large organization in the field of financial planning and analysis (Having worked in e-commerce sector is an advantage). ● Effective communications (Writing and speaking). ● Problem Sensitivity & Problem Solving. ● Originality and creative thinking. ● Critical Thinking. ● Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
