Job Description

Job Description - Manages day-to-day operations and performs towards achieving assigned targets - Team Recruitment and coaching of team members - Analyzes data and reports as per given requirements to management team - Responsible for own business unit P&L - Controls finances/budget of operations and aligns them as per set criteria - Increases fleet and raises active fleet performance - Monitors performance metrics of fleet and improves performance levels - Resolves issues related to fleet and handles independently within own business unit

Requirements

- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree - Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, sales or business development - Strong leadership and fast execution - Multitasking and ability to handle time sensitive tasks - Fluent in English, Reading & writing - Interested in living/ Working in outside of Tehran-Tabriz
