Job Description

● Recording accounting documents. ● Reporting to accounting manager. ● Preparing and analyzing reports from the financial system. ● Handling monthly salary calculations and payments. ● Keeping records of financial transactions and support documents. ● Preparing VAT, seasonal reports, and corporate tax returns and submission in the tax portal. ● Preparing, analyzing, or verifying annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial conditions and facilitate financial planning. ● Conducting pre-implementation audits to determine if systems and programs under development will work as planned. ● Cooperating with internal auditors to improve the accounting process required by the company. ● Being involved in day-to-day accounting and financial affairs. ● Gathering and managing financial master data. ● Recording financial statements and billing documents accurately and follow the instructions. ● Maintaining records by updating invoices, debits, and credits. ● Contacting clients in order to follow up and control all payments. ● Reporting to Management regarding the accounting reports and all related issues. ● Checking and controlling the statement of accounts of business partners. ● Preparing and monitoring monthly bank reconciliations and preparing accounts payable. ● Assisting in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts. ● Ensuring accounting standards and policies are adhered to. ● Supervision of any accounts payable and accounts receivable staff. ● Assisting in process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives. ● Proactively identifying new initiatives that could benefit the organization.

Requirements

● Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields. ● Previous experience: At least 8 years of experience. ● Age range:35-40 years old. ● Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation. ● Skilled in finance and accounting. ● Skilled in financial processes including accounts payable and receivable, costing, reporting. ● Skilled in accounting standards. ● Proficiency in English: relative ability to understand and convey concepts (50%). ● Computer proficiency especially in Excel. ● Accountability and responsibility. ● Ability to learn continuously. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization. ● Highly detail-oriented.
