• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
• Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers and distributes.
• Ensure good collaboration between sales department and other departments Achieve branch objectives
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Define, implement and report sales activities
• Analyze and control performance of every team member and coaching them in successful way
• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement - Review and analyze sales performances against programs and planning to determine effectiveness of them
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Manage the sales team
• Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors and customers
Requirements
• At least bachelor degree.
• At least 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Proper presentation and communication skills.
• Capability of team working.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
