List of responsibilities:
- Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns
- Direct, motivate and monitor the advertising team
- Prepare and negotiate advertising contracts
- Identifying advertising objectives
- Preparing & developing advertising strategy plan
- Managing all advertising efforts
- Meeting with other departments to provide marketing and advertising advice
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns
- Initiate market research and analyze findings to understand opportunity for businesses
- Meet the clients to provide marketing or technical advice.
- Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
- Reporting to: Managing director.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9-17 & Thursday 9-13.
- Travel requirements: As needed.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
- Other certifications obtained: managerial course, marketing course, advertising course .
- Nature and length of previous experience: at least 5 years of relevant experience with advertisement.
