•Main Objective:
-To assist with daily administrative tasks
•Main responsibilities:
-Directing calls, take massages, coordinate and confirm meetings
-Sort and distribute incoming correspondence
-Manage electronic or paper filing systems, updating paperwork
-Follow up customer orders with the foreign suppliers and principals
-Get the required import & clearance approvals
Requirements
-BA or BSc. Degree
-Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
-Familiar with INCOTERMS
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
-Perfect attention to details
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Good command of English (speaking, reading & writing)
-Gender Preference: Female
