- Daily Control of all finance team activity. Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
- Preparing financial and accounting policies and instructions.
- Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and any related -reports to evaluate accuracy, comprehensiveness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Implementation of RAHKARAN accounting software
-To develop and improve financial systems, processes and reports
- Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, profits, financial commitments and obligations and plan and project future performance and provide advice.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in financial managing
- Familiar with the financial management of the commercial companies
- Fluent in writing legal offices and tax affairs
- Excellent knowledge of financial software and preparation of analytical / systematic reports with full knowledge of RAHKARAN, SEPIDAR and Office software (ICDL)
- Proficiency with the laws of trade, labor and other relevant laws and community affairs
- Prepare financial, quarterly and VAT (Value Added Tax) reports
- Prepare and investigate financial statements and budgeting and monitoring of discrepancies
-Prepare management accounting analysis and reports
- Well familiar with banking and resource provision
