- Supervise and coordinates the day to day functions of the accounting team
- Effectively manage the reporting requirements of the accounting team
- Manage/Develop and adhere to timelines
- Ensures timely completion of the bank reconciliation
- Manage month-end activities and reports
- Assist in the budgeting and payroll process
- Assist in accounting team performance reviews
- Assist in other accounting related tasks as required
Requirements
- Ten or more years of accounting experience
- Two or more years of leadership experience included
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with the team, clients, and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
