- To lead accounting department and cooperate high level management team to achieve company goals
- Analyze the accounting details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities.
- Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements.
- Budget control company, department and project levels.
- Handle all aspects of employee insurance, benefits, and casualty programs
- Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- To manage daily accounting tasks.
- Receive cash and checks and make deposits.
- Controlling tax-planning work.
- Reports to board members and CEO
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position in a medium or large-size company with relevant industrial sector experience and experience of managing teams.
- Willingness to work on multitask, long hours and under pressure so as to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in tax, insurance and VAT issues.
- Fluent in accounting soft wares
- Familiar with English language
- Team working and leadership skills
