- Documenting and scanning financial records and documents
- Coordinating meetings and communications with external stakeholders
- Preparing documents requested by SEO
- Preparing daily cash flow report
- Preparing reports requested by CFO
- Cooperating with financial team in preparing documents for tax reports and audits
Assisting in year-end closing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in in Finance, Accounting or Economy
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a medium- or large-size company with relevant industrial sector experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
