Job Description

● Data entry and controlling. ● Control sales and purchase invoices. ● Control petty cash. ● Ensure that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis. ● Control all accounting documents, invoices, and bank statements. ● Report to Financial Manager. ● Control and follow up on receivable and payable accounts. ● Prepare financial reports due to management requirements. ● Prepare seasonal reports and VAT. ● Follow internal control. ● Perform estimated cost calculations of goods. ● Monitor all affairs of treasury including checking the bank accounts, issuing the cheques, treasury accounting, etc. ● Preparation and adjustment of policies, guidelines, methods, and financial procedures, and the preparation and design of required forms, in order to coordinate the performance of financial affairs of different units.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting. ● Intermediate in English. ● Highly committed to the job role and following up the tasks. ● Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and Word. ● Good knowledge of accounting software (especially NOSA accounting software). ● Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. ● Ability to work in a team-based environment. ● At least 5 years of related experience. ● Self-organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, and team worker. ● Professional with a positive attitude. ● Highly flexible and able to work under pressure.
