Performing the whole commercial affairs; supplying, consulting, purchase and sale of car and related spare parts, for cash or instalments; obtaining and granting representations of domestic or foreign car manufacturer companies- purchase and sale, distribution, production, packaging, importing and exporting and also warranty of all permitted goods- obtaining and granting representations of domestic or foreign valid companies- obtaining loan and facilities of all domestic or foreign Banks or Financial and valid Institutions in domestic or foreign exchange or currency; opening of L.C Bank and letter of credit; clearance of goods from all domestic customs; branch and representation establishment; participation and setting up stands in all valid domestic, foreign and international exhibitions; contracting with real and legal persons; presentation in the private, governmental and international calling for tenders and auction, if needed, after achieving the requirements and necessary authorizations.
