The Role


Searching for new clients and developing market share
Answering customer's questions about products, prices and payment terms
Checking / Responding emails
Doing export procedure and documentation; e.g, arranging for cntr booking, declaration process, inspection, Issuing export documents, following up payments,and etc.
Handling transportation of goods from domestic ports to destination.
Keeping record for all operations activities

University qualifications: BA degree in related fields
Previous experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, operation or documentation
Perfect command of English both written and spoken
Good at Microsoft Word and Excel
Good at presentation & negotiation skills
Eager to sell, Energetic and Responsible
Familiar with commercial correspondence.
Ability to integrate well into teams & work towards achieving team results.
Gender: male/ female
Age: max 35 yrs
Working hours : Sat to Wed 8-17 & Thu 8-14
