The Role


The Role


To drive the business of the category and to create sustainable competitive advantage and economic value for RAMAK Dairy through excellent consumer marketing

- Main responsibilities:

Strategy

• Identifies and validates key marketing and business drivers
• Builds category business and marketing strategy and plans

Execution

• Leads, guides and supports the Category Managers in all operational areas and drives execution excellence
• Develop deep understanding of consumers, market, competitors, achieve strong insights and deliver actionable analyses
• Definition of products and product quality
• Drive incremental innovation in the category and participate in wider innovation initiatives and projects
• Product launches
• Definition of assortment
• Price strategy
• Packaging: structural packaging and design, packaging ownables
• Consumer engagement (Advertising, On-line, Social media and BTL) and media plans and executions
• Consumer promotions
• Manage daily operational relationships with key partners (market research, communication and design agencies etc.)
• Manage relations with key internal partners (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D etc.)
• Marketing reporting for the categories
• Propose, negotiate and get approval for category annual plan
• Definition of category's marketing budgets
• Analyze category P&L and take action to achieve profit objectives

People management

• Attracts and retains talent
• Develops high performing Category Managers
• Leads team to high performance
• Manages stakeholders laterally and upwards to get business results

University qualifications: minimum Masters Degree in Marketing related majors
Other certifications: TBD
Previous experience: minimum of 7 years of experience in different fields of Marketing
Ideal Age Range: 28 to 50

Language Skills: Fluent English and Farsi
