The Role


1. Responsible for project office and site administration

2. Manage canteen, support staff and transport

3. Ensure good working environment for project staff

4. Manage all recreational and leisure activities

5. Manage local or foreign travel of project staff and visitors for the project

6. Manage hiring and induction process in coordination with HR Department

7. Liason with local government or industrial estate authorities in matters related to the project

8. Promote and drive development of safety culture

9. Manage security of site and project assets

10. Manage emergency situations at site

11. Manage health and related issues for the project staff

Requirements


Requirements


- Business school graduate

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Good communication skills

- Fluency in English and Persian

- Hands-on with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

- Based in Tabriz
