Identifying competent human resources outside the organization and creating a working network with them in order to create cooperation opportunities.

Assessing the level of satisfaction of applicants, managers, and employed people with the recruiting and hiring process.
Coordinating and following up on related to the recruitment and hiring process with managers.
Preparing various analytical reports in the field of recruitment.
Analyzing exit interviews.
Controlling the performance of subordinate personnel.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management (all majors), Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate (preferably majoring in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources).
5 years of work experience as a recruitment and talent development supervisor.
