Develop and implement people experience strategic plans to meet global and country priorities.
Lead employee relations inquiries, determine proper channels for resolution, interpret policy, and advocate for employees.
Seek continuous improvements in HR policies and evaluate current processes for increased efficiencies.
Manage and implement the employer brand strategies and activations for Iran Unilever.
Responsible for the design and activation of global/local reward strategies and solutions to attract, motivate, and retain employees through competitive, exciting, relevant, and cost-effective reward solutions.
Ensure the consistent activation of reward strategies, systems, processes, policies, and tools in the country with the support of local HR experts.
Ensure (through relevant audits and reporting) that total reward solutions are compliant with internal-process standards and external regulatory requirements.
Ensure external benchmarking, trend analysis, and competitors' practices review through relevant external networks, and build appropriate recommendations and changes to our practices and policies from these insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience majorly in total reward, preferably in multinational companies.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong appetite for data and analytics together with great people connection skills.
Capacity to stretch from high-level long-term thinking to make things happen.
Action-oriented to initiate appropriate resources and tools to ensure delivery of key HR processes.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
