Job Description

  • Lead and shape the strategic direction of the human resources function, aligning it with business objectives and driving organizational success.
  • Provide strategic guidance and counsel to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management team on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, retention, and development, implementing innovative talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Create a high-performance culture that fosters employee engagement and productivity.
  • Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and grievances, managing labor union relationships, and negotiating labor agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and policies, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure and reputational damage.
  • Lead the adoption of HR technology and tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery, and partner with other business units to leverage HR technology for strategic advantage.
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, represent the company in HR-related forums and industry events, and collaborate with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labor law.
  • Understanding HR technology and its role in driving organizational performance.
  • Ability to negotiate, build consensus, and influence stakeholders.
  • Professional, ethical, and integrity-driven, with a strategic, results-oriented, and data-driven approach.
  • Passion for employee development and organizational culture.
