Job Description

The mission of this position is to perform various tasks with high confidentiality for the CEO and assist in advancing the goals of the CEO.

  • To write, compile, and prepare the administrative letters to be sent to relevant units inside or outside the organization.
  • To prepare, change, and prepare the files required by management, including Microsoft Office files for use.
  • To communicate with related organizations to follow up on the progress of the organization's projects.
  • To remind the direct manager about the events to ensure the implementation of the affairs according to the specified schedule.
  • To coordinate, follow up on the people's attendance, and convene the formal and informal management meetings.
  • To track the payment of funds in the required case to be used.
  • To follow up on the project's progress considered by the management and get information about the rate and progress.
  • To communicate with the individuals inside or outside the organization and collect the necessary information to be presented to the management.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, English Translation/Literature, Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
  • Accountable and outcome-oriented.
  • Strong command of English.
