Job Description

  • Conducting English correspondence between suppliers and customers.
  • Developing and maintaining essential documents needed to communicate.
  • Overseeing the purchase process meticulously: providing comprehensive support to customers, step by step, from offer submissions and proforma invoices to cargo clearance.
  • Reviewing shipping documents including, AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.
  • Compiling structured reports in English for meetings.
  • Generating weekly reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office.
  • Energetic, hardworking, team-working, and self-motivated.
  • Familiar with customs regulations.
  • Familiar with commercial writing.
  • Task-oriented.
