As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the oil and energy sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and conducting reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to proactively source candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
