● Assist the manager in planning and coordinating all organizational activities. ● Supervise the work of the staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. ● Provide guidance and training to the staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to carry out their responsibilities. ● Ensure that all organizational policies and procedures are followed by the staff. ● Monitor the performance of the staff and provide feedback to the manager. ● Develop and implement strategies to improve the productivity and efficiency of the organization. ● Manage the budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget. ● Handle any issues or problems that arise in the organization and find solutions to resolve them. ● Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the organization. ● Prepare reports and presentations for the manager and other stakeholders
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. ● Proven experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong leadership and management skills. ● Good analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ● Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
