Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web applications. This role is ideal for someone who can blend creativity with a strong understanding of usability and design systems, and who wants to directly influence the look, feel, and usability of a growing platform.

 

Responsibilities

● Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.

● Design polished, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web applications and dashboards.

● Work closely with engineers to ensure design accuracy and pixel-perfect implementation.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centred design solutions.

● Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

● Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

● Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

 

Qualifications

● 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

● Strong portfolio showcasing web app and dashboard design.

● Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.

● Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.

● Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers.

● Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and participate in technical discussions.

● Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

Interview Process

3. Practical Design Assignment – A small take-home assignment to showcase your ability to create user-centred design solutions.

4. Team & Behavioural Interview – Meet with potential teammates to discuss collaboration, communication, and cultural fit.
