Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Product Launch Specialist to lead the planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting of new product launches within pharmacies. This role requires close coordination with Scientific and Sales teams to ensure the successful development and market penetration of new products for up to six months post-launch.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor all distribution channel activities before, during, and after the launch of new products.
Collect and analyze relevant market data to support the New Launch Manager in defining long-term marketing strategies.
Develop effective approaches to ensure pharmacy decision-makers gain a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio.
Monitor the progress of new pharmaceutical product projects and ensure proper evaluation during development phases.
Prepare and present detailed launch reports, including customer feedback, to the direct manager and Scientific team.
Organize and conduct product introduction meetings with Scientific and Sales teams.
Maintain comprehensive profiles for each pharmacy, tracking sales progress and ensuring preparedness before visits.
Manage newly launched products on a daily basis for at least six months post-launch, including sales performance, distribution coverage, and addressing Scientific team requirements related to product availability in target pharmacies.
Develop thorough knowledge of new pharmaceutical products and create training materials for the sales team.
Design and implement promotional campaigns for newly launched products.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree (required).
Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles and techniques.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical products.
Solid expertise in product development processes.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
