Job Description
1. Drafting, modifying and reviewing different contracts, memorandums, letters; 2. Entering into project negotiation with regard to trade, M&A, Investments on behalf of the subsidiary company in Iran, issuing legal opinions; 3. Iranian Law research and report, legal training; 4. Deal with the disputes, litigation, and arbitration issues for subsidiary company in Iran. 5. Reporting to regional legal consultant and legal department in parent company. Act as per instructions from legal department of parent company to finish different legal compliance reports. 6. Act as coordinator to local law firms to accomplish different tasks. 7. Internal belongs to parent company.
Requirements
1. Master's degree of prestigious law schools of Iranian University (will graduate in 2012) 2. Past bar examination, Postgraduate degree or PHD. 3. Experience and internship in courts, police stations, public prosecutions, or law firms is preferred. 4. Excellent English ability to deal with the case and communicate with the Board of Directors in subsidiary company in Iran, reporting to regional legal consultant. Strong interpersonal communication; Honesty, integrity; 5. Arabic language is preferred. 6. English certification (e.g. TOLFEL, BEC, etc.) is preferred. 7. Ability to take challenges and to go under pressure. 8. Go for work as required to deal with the case in different province in Iran.
